Black Hat Cloaking

This is an interesting subject but before anything else, please be reminded to check on the affiliate program terms and conditions before trying this out. There are possibility that you might not be rewarded if the black hat cloaking strategies that I am about to expose are against their TOS and / or if they found out.

Next, I assume that you have a very basic understanding about HTML. If you don’t, no problem, just use software like Frontpage or Dreamweaver that allow s you to change to view either the HTML or the normal WYSIWYG editor.

There are altogether 3 methods that you can quietly drop you affiliate cookies on the visitor machine without him even noticing it that you can do it yourself free. Yeah, it won’t cost you a dime…Interesting isn’t it?

Are you ready? Here we go:

Iframe

Yeah, iframe! This is the code that you’ll need to copy and paste to your landing page and with iframe the affiliate site will load when visitors come to your landing page and eventually load your affiliate cookies. We are going to set the width and height to the minimum figure of 1 so that the affiliate site would load invisibly to the naked eye.

<IFRAME src=”http://YourAffiliateLink” width=1 height=1>

</IFRAME>

With this method, you can generously put the affiliate domain as it is on your landing page while still getting credited for any sales made. Sneaky?

There is one drawback however with iframe. If the affiliate site that you’re going to promote has an autoload video or audio, the sound would be played when people go to your landing page and that would not be very nice unless they have their speaker off.

I have made an example page to illustrate this better. I’ve replaced the affiliate link with http://www.makemoneytakingsurveys.org and posted on this page of mine http://netbizsimplified.com/sample-cloaked-page-with-iframe. Turn on your speaker and click on it and you’ll see a small dot which is almost invisible and this is the iframe. Do you hear it?

So, here’s the best second method to get around with this problem.

The image tag

I bet you never know that you can actually put your affiliate link on an image tag and still have your affiliate cookies loaded on visitors machine when they visit.

<IMG height=1 src=”http://YourAffiliateLink” width=1>

Again, we’re going to set the height and width to 1 so that it becomes so small and literally invisible while your cookies being loaded in the background.

That’s it! As simple as that and you don’t even need any expensive software to do the trick. It’s free and did I mention that you can put the merchant domain just as it is http://www.themerchantsite.com on your landing page and still get credited? This is by far the best black hat cloaking method that can save you a lot of cash and frustration.

Not enough..okay. Let me show you the last method.

Covert Cookie Generator

This is one of the most powerful affiliate link cloaker that really overdelivered and cost just a measly $7. However if you’re damn cheap, Super Affiliate – Andre Chaperon has made it free at his site here.

You do not necessarily put the merchant url on the 2nd box. You can put anything that you like and it will still work out fine. Full instruction is given on the page, just try it. Another sneaky, effective yet free discovery.

And oh, by the way..don’t forget to read the free course found on the main page as well. Very inspiring and perhaps a point of view of how to making it big online with Adwords.

Anyway, if you want to own the script yourself (which I highly recommend) just in case Andre shut down his site or there’s a server problem, you might better get it installed on your own host instead. Here is the link > Click Here.

Cheers!

  1. Hey very nice blog!! Man .. Beautiful .. Amazing .. I will bookmark your blog and take the feeds also…

  2. Interesting ideas. The idea of putting link on image sounds like one i might try. I know some frames and web sites do not work so i would try the image with link first on a website.
